We are a registered corporation in the State of Kentucky, Lazy Wolf Enterprises Inc. Our website address is: https://store.lazywolf.ltd. We provide products and services to soldiers on post at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and to customers online.
Reviews
When visitors leave product reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the review form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After submitting your review, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your review.
Cookies
- If you leave a product review, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These last for one year.
- A temporary cookie is set on the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
- When you log in, we set cookies to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, screen options cookies last for a year. If “Remember Me” is selected, your login persists for two weeks. Logout removes these cookies.
- We also use cookies to track cart contents while you browse our store.

Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Payments
We accept payments via PayPal. When processing, some data is shared with PayPal, including purchase totals and billing information.

Google for WooCommerce

WooCommerce Tax
We use WooCommerce Tax to automate tax calculations. This requires sharing your location and order details with tax service providers for compliance.

We use WooCommerce Shipping to generate shipping labels and rates. This requires sharing customer names, addresses, and order details with shipping carriers to fulfill delivery.
Who We Share Your Data With
- If you request a password reset, your IP is included in the reset email.
- Product reviews may be checked via automated spam detection services.
- Third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Google, shipping carriers, and tax providers) receive only the information necessary to perform their services.
How Long We Retain Your Data
- Product reviews and their metadata are retained indefinitely.
- Registered user information is retained until you request deletion (except usernames, which cannot be changed).
- Order information is retained for 10 years for legal/tax purposes.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account or have left product reviews, you may request:
- An exported file of the personal data we hold.
- Erasure of your personal data (except where retention is required for administrative, legal, or security purposes).
