Returns
Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than those outlined below.
Refunds & Exchanges
As a dropship-based business, we are unable to guarantee refunds or exchanges. That said, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues arising from:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage sustained during shipping
- Lost packages
Any resolution in such cases is subject to the policies of our third-party contractors and suppliers.
Defects, Damages, and Loss
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We will work with our manufacturing or shipping partners to address the issue.
Please note: Because we do not own or directly control the production and fulfillment process, all remedies (including replacements, refunds, or exchanges) are subject to our contractors’ policies. If our contractors determine that a replacement or refund is not warranted, we will be unable to offer further recourse.
Customer Obligations
To ensure that issues can be resolved efficiently, customers are required to:
- Inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
- Notify us in writing of any defects, damages, or shipping-related issues within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Failure to provide notice within this period may result in the forfeiture of eligibility for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Non-Delivery Verification
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer reports non-receipt, the matter must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We do not assume liability for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are encouraged to verify the accuracy of the shipping address before placing an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, loss of use, loss of business, or missed gifting opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy, along with any disputes or claims arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By purchasing from us, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this policy at any time, without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
