By accessing and using this website, placing an order, or submitting a design, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products & Services

We operate primarily as a dropship business, sourcing products through third-party contractors. In addition, we offer:

  • Custom design services: where we create merchandise designs for you.
  • Customer-submitted designs: where you provide us with your own designs for production.

Orders & Fulfillment

  • All products are custom-made to order.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as fulfillment is dependent on third-party contractors and shipping carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and order details are accurate.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Because products are custom-made, all sales are final.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues involving defects, damages, or lost packages, in accordance with our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
  • All remedies are subject to the policies of our third-party suppliers and shipping partners.

Intellectual Property & Design Rights

Customer-Submitted Designs

  • By submitting a design for us to produce merchandise, you grant Lazy Wolf Enterprises Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and sell merchandise featuring that design on our shop.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to any design you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Designs Created by Us

  • If we create a design for you at your request, Lazy Wolf Enterprises Inc. retains ownership of the design.
  • You are granted unlimited rights to use the design, including for personal and commercial purposes, without additional licensing fees.

Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery and notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of any defects, damages, or shipping-related issues.
  • Address non-delivery disputes directly with the carrier if tracking shows the package was delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays, lost business, or missed gifting opportunities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
